Thank you for visiting the OCEF's website. We are a 100% non-profit, non-political, charitable organization dedicated to helping China's poor. Our goal is to establish chapters all over the world and seek out all of the true believers of our cause.We implore all those overseas Chinese who are wealthy, better off, affluent, and particularly those financially secure retirees to join us instead sitting around a Mah Jong table or going to casinos. We implore them to spend a more meaningful retirement by adopting a poor peasant family.
